Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Return Policy
We want you to love everything you receive from The Pure Kind. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at thepurekind1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at thepurekind1@gmail.com and we will make it right.
